To further expand our team in Barcelona and assist our higher management, we are looking for an Operations Assistant.

Who exactly are we looking for?

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar, o mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un puesto de asistente acompañado de una gran afinidad por la tecnología
• Fluent in Spanish & English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus
• A team player
• Good sense of organisation and procedures with a positive mindset
• Someone with a strong attention to detail & eye for quality
• Proficient with MS Office, knowledge of Visio
• Time management is one of your best practices and you’re good at handling a stressful situation

Main responsibilities

• Apoyar a nuestros altos cargos en las operaciones diarias
• Assist on our internal projects, including testing & implementation
• Preparar presentaciones de PowerPoint y revisar las presentaciones existentes en cuanto a su diseño
• Organizar reuniones y preparar las actas de las mismas
• Supporting our PMO-team
• Check existing technical documentation and correct where needed
• Prepare & review procedures
• Providing support during preparation & organisation of commercial events
• Assist on the organisational part of the technical introduction for new employees
