What do we expect from our new colleague?

As we are well known for our fast and specialized support on customized Manufacturing Execution Systems, we are looking for a new colleague that can re-enforce a young, enthusiastic, small team of application specialists. Working in a fast and critical environment, this is an ideal role to come into contact with lots of OT technology and gain a deep insight on how plant production systems work.

The key to success of our team is exactly that, “the team”. Good understanding, strong collaboration, efficient knowledge sharing and fun (lots of it) are the cornerstones of our high performance. And that is what we are primarily looking for : a strong team player with the right set of priorities and the willingness to go the extra mile together with us.

• You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or ICT with a strong base in DB management (MS SQL primarily) and minimally basic skills in managing MS Windows servers
• Team player with good stress-resistance and the ability to take ownership and lead customers to success.
• Experience in MOM/MES space with good understanding of complex production processes and ability to develop a strong cross application insight on integrated solutions.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other European languages like Spanish, French, Dutch or German is a big plus.

• Strong conceptual thinking, problem solving, technical and analytical skills
• Good communication skills, empathic listening and questioning with potential to work towards and with customers
• Sense for detail, completeness, and patience
• Pro-active attitude and eager to learn
• In possession of a valid driver’s license
• You are a European citizen or have a valid long-term European work and stay permit
