We are currently growing at an enormous pace in France, Spain, Germany & Ukraine and the Benelux. To support this growth we are now looking for a high-energy and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager with a strong vision and with the ability to connect the dots across the entire organization.

You should apply if:

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You find solutions where others see problems
• You hold a degree in marketing, communications, economics or equivalent experience
• You can show at least 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing
• You are fluent in English and in either: Dutch, French or Spanish. Any other European languages are a plus of course.
• You are a people person with the ability to build, structure and motivate the marketing organization
• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on pragmatism
• You’re creative, dynamic and ambitious. You embrace change in a very fast-paced environment
• You know how to build bridges and collaborate across the entire organization

What you will be doing:

• Develop the marketing strategy to support the long-term growth ambitions of AG Solution
• Create marketing plans and decide on the optimal marketing-mix
• Manage the marketing budget
• Build, coach and structure the marketing organization
• As a team-player you are not afraid of hands-on support when the team needs it
• Closely collaborate with sales management to create demand-generation plans, define KPI’s and metrics, reporting on marketing generated pipeline and conversion optimisation
• Strengthen and further develop the brand story
• Create a content strategy and a plan to engage the key stakeholders and persona’s in the buying journey
• Work together with IT to decide on marketing technology, marketing automation, analytics, CRM integration, content management system,...
• Evaluate and develop account-based marketing, customer marketing and growth marketing initiatives
• Manage and overlook the full marketing process: strategy – planning – campaign execution – measurement and reporting – learnings and optimizations
• Work together with HR on employer branding initiatives
