Who exactly are we looking for?

• Fluent in English & Dutch. Knowledge of any other language is a plus
• A team player
• Good sense of organisation and procedures with a positive mindset
• Someone with a strong attention to detail & eye for quality
• Proficient with MS Office
• Time management is one of your best practices and you’re good at handling a stressful situation

What will be your main responsibilities?

• You are the first point of contact for the employees and managers for all HR related matters
• You are responsible for the entire selection procedure of new candidates: posting vacancies, actively looking for candidates via job boards, being in contact with interim and selection agencies…..
• You follow up on job interviews and schedule interviews for the HR Manager & other business managers
• Proactive & hands-on involvement in daily HR activity
• Help our Training & Development team to identify training needs & set-up trainings for our employees
• You will also be involved in different recruitment initiatives (organizing HR events,…)
• You are always on the look out for new ways of recruiting AG Solutioneers
